Topics include news, upcoming events / meetings, CCRs, meeting minutes, archives, and helpful information about building and living in San Felipe. The 'LINKS' page has websites that will answer most questions not covered in the Association website.

Quarterly payments are due by January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st.
A $25 late fee will be assessed per each calendar quarter for payment delinquencies.
All payments are to be paid directly to the HOA. PayPal is no longer accepted. Please refer to your invoice for the payment options.
