2018 Annual Associates Meeting

For the 2018 Annual Associates Meeting and Board Election, the board is utilizing technology by use of electronic proxy votes. Voting window opens March 16, 2018 and will close April 6, 2018 at 3 pm. Members will receive an email with a link to the voting site. All information is confidential and invisible to anyone except the company providing the service (3rd party separation.) They are working within our bylaws and CC&R's governing elections and will provide the preliminary quorum counts after the close of the voting window. Hand carried or mailed ballots (for those not using email) will be manually added after they are received.

Ballots must be received by April 6, 2018 at 3 pm. This includes electronic ballots and paper ballots (if not using email.) Paper ballots must be handed to a board member.  In addition, if your dues are not in current status, your vote will not be counted. Current status means no arrears dues or fines and 1st quarter 2018 must have been received by the date of the voting window (March 16, 2018.)

For 2018, members are asked to vote for 3 open board positions and to vote on the proposed budget. The budget for the current year does not include any fee increases. To see the entire meeting packet, please click <here>.
