March 22, 2024 -The 2024 election results are posted below. The vote was conducted via electronic proxy. There were 145 eligible voters in this election, of which 102 voted (70%). A Quorum was achieved in the vote. A quorum needs 50% of the voters to vote. Excluded from vote eligibility were owners in arrears in dues or fines. Listed below are the documents of the 2024 meeting.
